Slow Connection … Slow Results

Your organization has an inspiring vision. There is a detailed strategy. The execution, however, has been slow at best. What's missing? There are several factors that could account for this. How inspired are the team players that have to implement this strategy? Have they bought in to the vision and how it is to be implemented? Are they clear on their role in achieving the company vision? Have their previous efforts been recognized or do they feel under-appreciated?

The buy-in of your team members is critical to the timely and successful implementation of your strategy.  Any reluctance on their part could lead to a 'tax' on your results and convert a two day process into a two week process. High performance leaders take the time to connect with their team members and ensure they are all singing from the same book, on the same page, and in harmony.
